Hearing Assessments 

A hearservice hearing assessment will determine the type and degree of hearing loss.  Accurate interpretation of the hearing assessment result will ensure your hearing loss is managed appropriately.

During the 90 minute assessment, your hearservice Audiologist will take a comprehensive history to determine if there are any medical concerns, the situations which you are experiencing most difficulty and the everyday demands on your hearing.  This information will assist in choosing the most appropriate means of managing your hearing loss. 

Following a comprehensive diagnostic hearing test, the Audiologist will discuss your results, ensuring you understand the nature and degree of hearing loss.  If medical referral is necessary a detailed report will be sent to your doctor.  Otherwise your Audiologist will discuss the various hearing loss management options and answer any queries you may have.
