All Hearservice audiologists hold a post-graduate qualification in Clinical Audiology, providing a caring approach towards audiological assessment, and non-medical management of hearing loss including the fitting of hearing aids.

Matt joined Hearservice as Principal Audiologist in 2011 and has over thirty years’ experience in the public and not-for-profit sector in clinical and management positions. Matt leads the team of Audiologists to ensure the highest standard of clinical services are maintained through continued professional development and quality systems.
Matt loves working with clients who want to make the most of the opportunity to hear and communicate better through choosing the right technology and individualised rehabilitation solutions.

Bridget joined Hearservice in 2013. She has had over twenty-five years of experience as both an adult and paediatric Audiologist in the public and private sector. Aural rehabilitation is Bridget’s area of special interest. She enjoys working as part of a team to assist clients to overcome their communication difficulties so that they may fully participate and engage in all aspects of their life.
Bridget holds full membership of Audiology Australia and maintains her Certificate of Clinical practice through regular professional development activities.
Device Specialist (Assistive Listening Devices)
With over ten years of clinical experience, Pina continues to assist the deaf and hard of hearing community in finding a wide range of Assistive Listening Devices solutions for use in the home and the work place. Pina’s approach is all about finding the best possible technology that will assist in providing independence, confidence and security for her clients.

Teresa has more than twenty years of clinical experience in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology. Working from our Box Hill and Oakleigh clinics, her current focus is fitting adult hearing aids.
Teresa is a full member of the Audiology Society of Australia and holds a Certificate of Clinical Practice. She speaks both English and Mandarin.

Gloria has been an Audiologist with the Hearservice team for over ten years and has over 18 years’ experience in both the public and the private sector. Gloria is committed to helping her clients work through their hearing and communication challenges. She is an excellent problem solver who is always looking for the best outcomes and understands that every client and the issues they face are unique.
She is a certified clinical practitioner (CCP) with a Masters in Clinical Audiology from The University of Melbourne and has been a member of the Audiology Society of Australia since 2000.

Seray joined Hearservice in 2008 and enjoys working with people from all walks of life and taking a patient-centred approach. She has previous experience in community health and health promotion, working with both children and adults.
Seray is a full member of the Audiology Australia and holds a Certificate of Clinical Practice.
Speech Pathologist, BSc, M.SpPath
Steve has been with Hearservice since 2009. As a Certified Practising Speech and Language Pathologist (CPSLP), he is part of the Rehabilitation team with an interest in Aural Rehabilitation and Tinnitus management.
He is also enthusiastic about the expansion of Speech Pathology services at Hearservice under the NDIS. Speech and Language Pathology from LaTrobe University after undergraduate degrees from Canada.
Jason Ridgway, PhD
Program Manager, Rehabilitation BA, Dip Aud, MSc, PhD, MAudA(CCP)
Jason is an Audiologist with over twenty-five years of experience in clinical settings, government, policy and strategy, consulting and research. His PhD examined the motivation of people seeking help for their hearing, and he is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
Jason is particularly interested in adult rehabilitation, tinnitus and research, and through his work on the Board of Audiology Australia is a tireless advocate for the highest level of ethical and professional standards in the profession of Audiology.
Speech Pathologist, Hons BSc, MSpPath
Rebekah joined Hearservice in 2007 providing Aural Rehabilitation, Tinnitus management, and community and workplace training in communication with hearing loss. She loves working within the multidisciplinary team providing goal-oriented practices and strategies, as well as informational counselling for clients and their families.
Rebekah is passionate about client health and wellbeing through clinical practice, advocacy, and access. She also has extensive experience working with school-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Rebekah is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) who enjoys ongoing professional development to maintain Evidence Based Practice.
